The optoCONTROL 2700 is a compact LED micrometer for the precise measurement of diameter, gap, edge and segment. The micrometer is characterized by its high accuracy with a measuring range of 40 mm. As the controller is integrated in the receiver, the cabling and installation work is reduced to a minimum.

Thanks to the active inclination correction, objects tilted by up to 45° are also detected extremely precisely. The configuration is performed conveniently via the web interface and enables the parameters set up of video signal, filter and different measuring modes. In set-up mode, a shadow image can be used for simple alignment of the measuring object. The excellent price-performance ratio rounds off the service package.

The IMS5420 is a high-performance white light interferometer for non-contact thickness measurement of monocrystalline silicon wafers. The controller has a broadband superluminescent diode (SLED) with a wavelength range of 1,100 nm. This enables the thickness measurement of undoped, doped and highly doped SI wafers with only one measuring system. The IMS5420 achieves a signal stability of less than 1 nm. The thickness can be measured from a distance of 24 mm.

The new capacitive sensor system capaNCDT 6228 is designed for measurement tasks with ambient temperatures up to +800 °C. Up to four high-temperature sensors of the CSE/HT series can be connected simultaneously to the powerful controller. The integrated high-temperature sensor cable compensates for interference from electric or magnetic fields. Furthermore, the measured data is output both analog and digital via modern interfaces such as Ethernet and EtherCAT.

The optoNCDT ILR2250-100 laser distance sensor is designed for precise distance measurements in industrial environments. A reflector attached to the measuring object enables distance measurements up to 150 m. Without reflector, the sensor detects measuring ranges up to 100 m. The integrated AUTO measurement mode enables reliable measurements even on dark, partly reflecting and remote measuring objects. Therefore, the ILR2250 sensors can be used for distance measurements on numerous surfaces.

The new optoNCDT ILR1171-125 laser distance sensor is used for distance measurements up to 270 m and particularly impresses in outdoor measurements. Due to the laser time-of-flight principle with infrared light and a measuring rate of up to 40 kHz, high energy pulses are achieved, allowing stable measurements with very good signal quality. In addition, this better compensates for interfering influences such as fog or rain. The high temperature stability allows applications at temperatures from -40 °C to +60 °C. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the sensor can also be integrated into the smallest installation spaces.

The new IMS5400-DS white light interferometer opens up new perspectives in industrial distance measurement. The controller has an intelligent evaluation feature and enables absolute measurements with nanometer accuracy at a relatively large offset distance. Compared to other absolute measuring optical systems, the IMS5400-DS offers an unsurpassed combination of accuracy, measuring range and offset distance.

The compact confocal IFD2411 measuring system is a factory-calibrated measuring system for industrial series applications. As well as displacement and distance measurements, the system enables even thickness measurements of transparent materials. The IFD2411 confocal chromatic measuring system is a complete channel which contains a controller and an adapted sensor with measuring ranges of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 6 mm. This measuring system is ideal for series applications.

The confocalDT IFD2415 and IFD2410 are powerful confocal sensors with integrated controller. The space-saving IP65-housing enables fast integration into plant equipment and machines as no optical fiber is required. Furthermore, the IFD2410 and 2415 are ideally suited to high precision distance and thickness measurements in industrial series applications. In addition, the IFD2415 can be used with transparent materials for multi-layer thickness measurements of up to 5 layers. The active exposure time regulation of the CCD line enables fast and stable measurements of varying surfaces even in dynamic processes up to 25 kHz. The measuring system is also characterized by high luminous intensity which enables fast and reliable measurements even on dark surfaces.

scanCONTROL 3D scanners are used for precise inline 3D measurements in numerous applications. Scans are performed by moving the scanner or the target. Due to their low weight, the scanners are ideally suited both for robotic applications and inline production monitoring. These 3D laser scanners are characterized by high dynamics, absolute precision and their compact size. With the scanCONTROL 3000 and the new scanCONTROL 3002 series, Micro-Epsilon offers a comprehensive portfolio with numerous measurement areas, Red and Blue laser technologies and extensive accessories.

The scanCONTROL 3D laser scanners are based on the latest GigE Vision and GenICam standards and can therefore be integrated into a wide range of image processing environments. The powerful 3DInspect software is available for parameter setting, evaluation and output.

The optoNCDT 1900 offers a unique combination of speed, size, performance and application versatility for displacement, distance and position measurements. This compact triangulation sensor achieves a high measurement accuracy and measuring rates of up to 10 kHz. The high-performance optical system generates a small light spot which enables to even detect the finest of details and structures reliably.

The compact DTD inductive sensor system consists of a gauge with a plunger guided by a plain bearing and a controller, which are connected to each other with a 3 m long cable. The controller has a diameter of just 18 mm and the 3m-long cable enables flexible installation.

The DTD sensor system is based on an established LVDT measuring method. It impresses with outstanding precision and provides high signal stability and resolutions down to the micrometer range. Thanks to its high temperature stability, resistance to shock and vibration, and insensitivity to dirt, the induSENSOR DTD is ideal for industrial measurement tasks. Modern fieldbuses such as Ethernet, PROFINET or EtherCAT are supported via optionally available interface modules.
